it would be unusual for same problem appearing in 2 switches but not impossible. your problem description needs clarification. does the TS and Brake light work normally and the only thing wrong is blinking light when TS lever wriggled and not used normally or does the light only flicker once when you put TS switch in "turn" position. if it just flicks once or so when you wiggle it but do not put it in "turn" position i would suspect it is just close wires touching when TS switch is slighly moved and would not consider that a problem. clarify your probllem for further advice.
