If you are looking to modify the engine I think your selection of camshafts is limited. Even though it is a EFI 5.0 engine, only the HO engines had the better compression and valve relieves cut into the pistons. I know the intake is better from a truck but the plenum is not worth putting on. This information is from a mechanic at a Ford dealership who builld motors for local guys.

Her's an idea of what it would look like 2423812760 on the auction site. Although this is a 67 fastback, and it's a 302 fuel injected engine (5.0). It should look simular I would guess, but not for sure.
