under. Torque box goes in after frame rail in place and is under the floorboard and toe board.
you will need to open a slit along the inside rocker on the toe board to allow the flange from the torque box to come thru into the interior to be welded to the rocker.

just grind the sides off of the rail and it comes right out. it was not really that big of a deal...

Be careful not to dig to far into the supporting member...
