Chinese, eBay castings if I was to guess. I've read if the valves and springs are replaced they can be decent.

I agree they are speedmaster heads ...

 

They're not exactly sought-after, due to core shift and cheap valves/springs/guides, but presumably (since they were running!) the intake and exhaust ports line up on this pair. Just check inside the valve pockets to see if there's any significant problems before buying decent parts and enjoying them.

They're much better than stock Ford heads, so long as they're not malformed.
