Can someone tell me what the voilet with white stripe and blue with yellow stripe are for?
I see the blue with yellow stripe in the wiring that goes to the regulator alternator assembly and the alternator. But cant trace exactly whete it comes out. Do i need it since i have a 3g 1 wire alternator.

I dint see a violet with white stripe anywhere.

Where exactly are these two wires located? Also, what year is your Mustang?

Its 1967. They are under the dash and go thru the firewall

Ive looked at those. It shows wire 482 but i cant find where it goes

The top one shows 482 going to the horns.

What connector does the violet wire come out of at the firewall?

High and Low Beam Headlights, Front Parking Lamps and IIRC, brake warning lamp switch.

So the violet w/ white stripe is the brake warning lamp switch
