How do I properly remove THIS (pic) weather stripping on 70 fastback...?

Remove the screws that hold the end down and then just pull it out of the channel.

It's glued to the channel, unlikely you'll ever get it out w/o replacing it.

The edges are tucked under the sides of the channel which is "C" shaped.
