Please I need help figuring out what to buy. How do you know if you need a 28 oz or 50oz H balancer? And same with the flywheel how do I know which one I need 28 or 50oz? Or does it matter? I have no Idea how to choose. Thanks.

The crankshaft drives that decision. If the crank was made with a 28oz imbalance then you have to match it.
Get the part number off the crank and post it and we can decypher it for you if you don't already know what it is.
