Im getting ready to start por-ing under the fenders, floor pans, under hood, and trunk etc. Does anyone have tips on how to reach hard to paint areas like this in the picture below. The holes near the hood latch and also in the deeper areas under the trunk lid.

ew thats scary... i suggest getting it as clean as possible, then using a break cleaner nozzle/straw use the corroloss in the spray can (or whatever eastwood calls it now)

Put it in a paint gun and shoot it. We did even the insides of my daughter's doors and weel well areas with a paint gun (as well as the entire engine bay of my son's '65).

Just use a gun that you don't care much about (not your best HVLP gun) and WEAR A MASK! You don't even have to thin the POR-15 to shoot it. The gun will be ready for the round file after about 3 sessions of shooting POR-15, but if you get the Harbor Freight $30 standard gun, that's not that bad a price to pay to get the whole car as rust proof as you can.

I poured POR-15 into the frame supports of my trunk lid. Let it set for a nminute, then slowly moved the trunk lid around/ Let the POR-15 coat everything. Then, I let it set against the wall with newspapers under the edge, and let it drain...Did this about 3 times. I feel that everything got coated..Don't forget to open those drain holes up after the stuff dries.

You could try using a rustproofing gun(Eastwood). They have different wands (one is flexible) and various nozzles which make it nice for getting into tight places.

thanks for all the good tips.. Im considering the eastwood undercoating system for $44.99. The only flaw im thinking is, would that just be a one time use with the gun? I read that por is some tuff stuff to clean up after.

Also, can I just use por in replacement of the caulking on the seams? I plan on using the stuff almost everywhere being unpainted like under the fenders, floor pans, ceiling, doors, trunk, in rear quarter panel extensions, under bumpers, brackets, etc. Any other places I should use it or not use it? ;)

We use the Extend from Wally World before the MasterCoat (newer version of POR 15), as it also catalizes the rust. It gets into the cracks and small places and then if we miss a spot, it isn't as much of a concern. 2 coats of Extend turn the rust black and then paint over it. ;)
