Does anyone here know the best way to remove a stubborn old press-on power steering pulley, like the ones on our old stangs? Or, (even better) where to find new ones? (Summit and Mustangs Unlimited dont seem to stock them)

This has been discussed recently. Basically Buy or borrow a Ford power steering pump pulley removal tool and use an air impact wrench to get it off.

The pullies are available from NPD.

I bought one of the Harbor Freight PS pulley pullers, and it has worked flawlessly for many pullies. Cost is about $10 and you always have one when you need it.
