Any difference between BOSS spindles and regular Mustang spindles of the same year?

TIA

to expand just a bit further....

the 69 Boss 302 spindle has a larger hub (thicker diameter) that was incorporated into ALL Mustangs starting in 1970. With minute differences, this is the same spindle (1970) found on a lot of 1970s Fords (Mavericks, Granadas, etc). Unless you are a numbers correct person, there are a lot of possibilities floating around out there....

Ok now I was under the impression that 67 thur 71 were the same for disc brake mustangs only difference was a thicker tie rod ends were needed for 69 on up--am I wrong? every thing else in the front disc brake setup is interchangeable--I always thought boss was not interchangeable(I now about 67 double piston caliphers)--reason I`m asking--I`m in the middle of a manual front drum/power front disc swap-and the guy rooked me -sold me 71 spindles---sorry if I hijacked your post I don`t mean to be line jumper --I`m putting in a 68 fastback
