Rock, the radiator doesn't know or care which block, or even what engine you have at all. What matters to you is where are the outlet and inlet hose on the radiator. If they are in the location you need, which will be dictated by the water pump and T-stat housing, you'll be okay. You could put a 302 or a 289 pump and outlet on a 5.0 and vice versa. In any case, that radiator looks like it will fit the setup you have in your picture. LSG
