Does anyone have an old flat-rate manual that gives the hours to do a complete front end replacement for a 65-66? That would be removal and replacement of:
Control arms
Springs
Shocks
Tie Rod ends
Idler arm
Strut Rods
Power steering ram

Just looking for a ballpark on the time involved for a friend.

I'm getting ready to do mine and talked with the guy at Missouri Mustang about the time it takes. He said he can have it all out and new parts replaced in an evening. Of course, he's done it a lot. I'm figuring a full day for me since I haven't done it before. Add the alignment on top of that too.

Hmmmm. An evening? Wonder if 6 hours would cover it?

That's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!
