I was working on the turn signals for my 66 mustang and it shorted out, since then i have replaced the turn signal switch, and flashers. I have also fixed all the grounds yet the turn signals still does not work neither do the dash lights for the signals, and i still have brake lights. Anyone have any ideas?

I had this problem with my 66, and it ended up being the plug that goes into the steering column. It wasn't making a good connection.
Check for power at the T/S flasher (make sure it's the T/S flasher, not the Hazard flasher. The T/S flasher is found in the vicinity of the driver's fresh air vent. If no power at the T/S flasher, follow the ONG/YEL wire back to the common splice point where Ignition Switch "A" (Accessory) circuit power splits. If such things as the wipers and heater blower work but you have no power on the ONG/YEL wire it is "open" somewhere.
