On the module itself, you have to use the two 90-degree fittings, because they hold connecting tubes down to the pump and the tray, so I used a pair of 1/8" pipe thread to -6AN (3/8") fittings in the outlets of the 90-degree fittings, and a pair of -6 AN 90-degree bulkhead fittings for the floor.

I used some 3/8" aluminum tubing (because it was easier to work with), and standard -6AN tubing nuts and sleeves on them.

I have a 37-degree flaring tool that I got from Summit a couple of years ago, which is the angle you need for AN fittings, and used that to flare each end of the tubes.

You did exactly the same thing I did with the fuel pump!

I bent up some aluminum tubing, used -AN fittings on the pump, used some -AN bulkhead fittings through the floor, and connected the tubes up that way. Ignore the wiring--I took this picture just after I connected it up to make sure that the pump would work and that there were no leaks:
