It will clear but you will be very limited on which header you can use. There is one made (check summit or jegs) for this specific application. You may also run into some problems if you plan to install power brakes. Basically everything gotstang said.

 

well I am not running power brakes,will ther be any problems running a/c.because I have a/c in my car.

A/C will work with the correct brackets. Contact Classic Auto Air, they can provide a bracket to mount the original york style compressor or an adapter to update to a sanden compressor.
