Where do the engine bay decals go?

I got a 15 pc engine bay decal set from Ponderosa Mustang. A few of them are obvious, but most of them I'm not sure exactly where they go and how they're supposed to be oriented. Anybody know of a good source for this info, preferably without having to buy another book? Any good photos out there of a properly detailed 66 engine bay showing sticker placement? Thanks

Don't use a book, there are a lot of mistakes out there. I bet Charles Turner or Jim McFarland can help out. I'd offer, but there are a number of differences between 66s and 68s.

I have a book that has some good pictures of 66 engine bay. I can take digital photos of the book and email if you'd like. I don't have a scanner. But looking at the pictures, I don't know where 15 stickers would go, unless the kit has stickers for all engine combinations in one kit.

Dan, for judging purposes only 7 decals are required. 1. Service Specification, 2. Autolite Spark Plug, 3. Air Cleaner Service, 4. Front (air cleaner), 5. Cubic Inch, 6. Oil Cap, 7. Battery Test. These are the minimum and will get you 3 whole points.
Good Luck, Jim Finley

Thanks Keith. If it's only one or two pages, then I'd really appreciate the photo/E-mail thing. If it's 127 pages of photos, then please don't bother!

Thanks Jim. I'm not really concerned with MCA judging, as my 66 is far from original. I just want the engine bay to look pristine, and the decals add the finishing touch. I want to get them in the right location, because I just know if one of them is misplaced, at the next show some geek will insist on showing off his Mustang knowledge by loudly pointing the error out to the crowd!

I also bought a sticker set. No instruction were included as usual. I found it interesting they even had a sticker for the oil filter. The one for the oil and gas filter fell off about two days after I put them on. Idiots....too much heat there for sticklers for christ's sake. Several of them go in the rop of the trunk lid inside too. Jack instructions, etc.
