Does your ignition need to be improved? DurasparkII distributor run to either a Duraspark box or Mopar Chrome (my preference) box will give you a solid electronic ignition that's more reliable and less costly. As far as I'm concerned, MSD = "Must Spend Dollars". Might be worthwhile on a radical build where you actually NEED multiple sparks and/or boost retard, etc., but not in a "conventional" street build.

Of course, do what you want, but I hate to see folks spend money and get a poor return on their "investment".

Agreed 110%. I went through two "Must Spend Dollars" boxes before I decided to ditch them altogether. They did nothing to "improve" my ignition over the MSD Ready to Run dizzy I already had. But they did allow me utilize my triple-A membership for two tows home! You'll never find another one of their shiny red boxes on my '67 again...

My $0.02:
1 - Nice dinner with the wife/girlfriend instead of MSD box
2 - Steering box rebuild
3 - One-piece headliner
4 - Fog lights
