Have a friend looking for a 289 5 bolt block. Would like to find something with a March '64 casting date (4C1-4C30). Complete motor to just a bare block considered.

I found one in a 64 Galaxie along with auto. It was date compatible but I had to use a C-5 4 bbl intake. Took the trans to a shop and they converted it to floor shift. Car had collision damage and ran great. Some 64 Fairlanes, also.
