I have a bare 68 reproduction 4 speed handle- it doesn't have the slide part at top or cable and bottom pawl ( I probably have a used pawl for bottom). Someone must have bought it and needed the top slide piece and guts, chrome is perfect, I have been looking maybe to pick up a bent or cheap fairlane handle to take piece from for it.
