Bought a 66 Fastback GT and wondering about the engine date code that came with the car. I was told it was the original A Code engine but looks to have been assembled in 65?

VIN Tag Build Date (On Drivers Door) 24J (Sept 24th) Is this September 65??
Engine Assembly Date Stamp on Front of Engine: 5J11S (1965 September 11) Not Sure about the “S”
Cast Date Under Starter: 5J10 (1965 September 10) One Day Casting Date To Assembly??
Block Part Number: C5AE-6015E

Does this seem right?

In Sep of '65 Ford was building '66 year model cars.
