Hello.Very,very,really nice 6cyl.coupes with all the bells and whistles(A.C.,automatic etc.) normally sell in the 5-6k range.If it's a 3-speed,it will be very hard to sell for more than about 3k.Some folks might not agree.That's just what my experience with them has been.Hope that helps.

 

Veronica is pretty close. The bumpers can be picked up on Ehay for around 50 bucks or so.

 

thanks. i am looking at one that is around $3,000. It is that stick-3 speed and has no power steering or power brakes. I dont think it has AC either.

 

You don't need power steering or power brakes on it. I don't have a problem with either of those, and mine is a 289. However, I do have the aircon. That 3 speed is a strong tranny, and will give you good service. If you want a vintage mustang, and you can get the bumper replaced,,,,for 3 grand you may have a good deal if you are willing to drive a 6 banger. They are good and reliable engines, you just aren't going to win any drag races without mods.

 

i also have a 289, and i dont think you really need power steering either, very light up front they are.
