1966 Parking Brake Warning Light Switch

I have a nice Parking Brake Warning Light but do not have the switch to activate or deactivate the light as the parking brake is set or released.

Nor do I have any clue what the parts looks like, where and how it is installed or how it connects to the light wires and under dash wiring harness.

I would be grateful if anyone can fill me in. Pictures and diagrams would be most appreciated.

Here's the switch illustration from that article. The Drake replica and OEM switch mount exactly the same.
