Was wondering if anyone has any information on how many 1967 mustang gt fastback scode had 4 speed manual transmission and lime gold. Any information would be helpful than you in advance
LOL! I've heard a lot of hate directed at that color over the years. Actually, 67-69 it was a top seller for Ford. Problem is, it was a single-stage metallic, using what we would now consider antiquated technology. By the time it was a few years old, humidity had penetrated the emulsion, and oxidized the aluminum metalflakes to a pasty white. If you saw it in modern BC/CC, your reaction would be "Holy Crap!". Ford even brought the color back a few years ago, calling it "Legend Lime". Go ahead, paint it lime, you'll be glad you did.Ok thank you guys for the info going to try and start putting it back together this spring when I get home if I get to go home wish I had the vin with me where I could look it up . I know my uncle bought it in Louisiana in 67 and I still got everything but the wheels and radio. All matching numbers. I always thought it was puke green till a couple days ago.
