Thanks much for the response. It put me on the right track. Once I started checking for new wiring, I tracked some poor wiring to the ignition switch. It's a nice spider's nest of tape and semi exposed wires. I jiggled a few wires to catch some sparks. I'm going to replace the ignition switch and rewire it properly. Thanks again for sending me on the right track.

 

That's a new one, to me. Your lights are grounding out and crossing into the ignition system.

Any work recently on your wiring under/behind dash/gauge area?
