Hi all. I come across a dilema about a 66 coupe a friend of mine have...
It is a C code, bench seat 4 speed car, with AC.
The questions are:

According to the buck tag, one of the options the car came with is remote mirror (RM).. Does the remote mirror came in STD or deluxe interior cars or just in deluxe interior cars?
And, if its only a deluxe interior option, does it means that the bench seat would have had pony upholstery? (The interior code is C4)

Thanks for your imput!

So, do I understand that to mean if my '66 coupe has a day/night mirror and 2-speed wipers, it would have had a remote driver mirror? Or could it have come from the factory with the first two and not the remote mirror? There are presently no mirrors on the doors at all, so I'll be adding them when I put it all together. Some day.

I don't know if mine has a buck tag or not. Haven't found it yet, but I haven't really gone looking.

Thats a good question, will also wait for the answer about this!

By the other hand, correct me if i´m wrong, the buck tag only was present on Mentuchen cars, and is located at the LH rear apron.

No, those pages are from a Salesman's Pocket Price Guide book that covers all models of a given year. I have these for my 57's, 59's, 62, 66, and an early and late one for my '67. The names differed over the year from Retail Prices, Manufacturer's Suggested Prices, Manufacturer's Label Prices, Manufacture's Delivered Prices, but all were intended to be a Salesman's Pocket Price book. They re very handy. I believe that some years are now being reproduced.

P.S. You will also find most of the same information, along with a bunch of other "good stuff", although just for Mustangs, in the "Illustrated Facts and Specifications books available for each year, and sold by most Mustang Vendors for around $10-$15.

Interesting. Mine has the day/night mirror and 2-speed wipers, and as far as I can tell the doors are original to the car. The driver side door has the original data plate on it. The driver side mirror mounting location has two screw holes, not a third for the remote cable control, so I'm assuming it didn't have a remote mirror.
