I am trying to help out a gentlemen (Rick Moore, Brighton, MI) in our Mustang club (Mustang Owners of Southeast Michigan) who has cancer and his wish is to finish his 1967 Mustang Coupe before he passes on and then give it to his daughter for her wedding. The doctor's have given him about 6 months to live, so I am getting some buddies together to try and finish this for him (it is about 50% complete). I am trailering it back to my place tomorrow morning and am looking for some help from fellow Mustangers. As we go through his vehicle to put it back together, there will be some items that we will need that they don't make reproduction (such as coupe rear window regulators). I will be putting ads on here for those types of items and would appreciate if you could let me know if you have these items. I am willing to pay for these items out of my own pocket, but if you could give me a fair price, that would be better. If you want to donate, that would be helpful also. This is not a hoax, I advertise on this site all the time (mustangmike, and my email is mustangcorral@wowway.com). Anyways, I am just looking for some help finding these items that we will need. mike, A similar case was just Done over at the Camaro forum, were the father/son pjoject came t oa screeching halt when the dad went off to iraq & was killed, many companies got involved such as year one & classic industries.
what I am getting at is if you make this more public, you will end up recieving more help than you ever imagined.
maybe contact your local newspaper as a human interest piece & let it snowball from there.

Roberick, BossShelby, Fast500XI1, Resurector, and 1968289: Thanks for all the leads. We trailered the car to my garage today (in the rain and snow!) along with all the boxes of parts. Tonight, after the wife and kids go to bed, I am going down to the garage to sort through the parts to see what we have and don't have.
