I'm getting ready to order a windshield and I have a quick question. When I go through the options they only have 3 windshields available coupe, conv. and hardtop. I'm taking it hardtop would be the fastback? I need it for a 69 mach 1 and don't want to order the wrong window.

Hmmmm! My NPD and MU cats each show '69-'70 Coupe, convt as one number and
fastback as the other. Can't recall the term hardtop used on Mustang!

Due to it's rake, the Mach1 (aka Fastback or Sportsroof) windshield is unique. The coupe and convertible share the same front windshield.

I'd find a part number from your current source, and cross reference with another vender(NPD, etc.), or choose someplace else to purchase that clearly states the windshield is for the Fastback.

Been there done that. The question is whether there is a B pillar. Coupes have a B piller, supposedly. Well, none of the Mustangs have a B Pillar!!! But the Glass guys don't know that!

So, if memory serves correct, I got one for a hardtop but will check my invoice when I get home Friday. Here is a topic I posted months ago on the question. Note that the Coupe and Convertible take the same glass, the fastback is unique...

The place I ordered mine from was local, called Classic AutoGlass.

I don't remember the exact amount (though it's in a post here somewhere), but I think I paid $175 which included them coming to my house and installing it. And it's warranted as well.
