These wheels are on the 71 Mach 1 I bought recently. What are they? I assume there is a center cap for them. Also, if I wanted to paint them, any good links on the process for that?

There will typically be a manufacturer on the back side of the wheel.
As far as painting, use a primer that is compatible with aluminum and follow the prep requirements on the tech sheet. The topcoat should obviously be compatible with the primer.

looks like an old American Racing Wheel or a knock off of some sort. I think they were called Gamblers
