While I see some things I would do differently (when is that not the case?), I like it.

Who was the builder? Can you share all the dirty little details? Definitely would like to know more about her.

 

No builder. My buddies and I did it. Buddy helped me with body and paint in his garage and his son did the cage and exhaust. We finished the rest in my garage with few other friends. Only thing sent out was interior.
We made the front fascia, rear bumper and rear wing, because after market was junk and needed more work to make it fit and still wasn't acceptable. Also fabricated rear panel with carbon fiber insert and recessed taillights. The grill and trim pieces were made by water jet.
Best part of it all, was the build. Enjoyed everyones input and working out all the issues. I'm more than happy with the finished product , but would sell in a heartbeat just to do another build. Maybe a Gas Ronda type build. In the meantime , I'm driving the heck out of it, about 5k miles already.

Don't know why it's posting multiple replies.
But, here's a picture of the wing we made. Look familiar? Took about 60 hours of work to get it ready for mold.

Man, this car is amazing and a garage build to boot (Love garage builds). I love everything about this car except for the wing on the deck lid and the chin spoiler. Remove those 2 items and this car would be a perfect build in my eyes.

Not a fan of the wing or spoiler either, even though I had that same spoiler on my old K-code coupe back in the 70s. Rear wing looks too much like a dash pad to me. Most other parts on the car I like and execution was spot on.

 

A before and after of the interior would have been cool to see to really show off how ridiculously good GCI is. Crazy skills in that shop. If it were me I'd definitely up the power on this car.

I guess I'm in the same boat.. chin spoiler looks cheap compared to the rest, and the rear spoiler looks like the endcaps are missing. Initial impression was a steam punk-ish theme, but overall it's pretty cool.
