Installed Del-a-lum leaf spring bushings in my Global West leaf springs and the front bushing is rotating...I can hear the zerk fitting hit the spring pocket upon acceleration. It's only on the drivers side. Any idea how to close up the eye? Heat and beat is an option of course, but looking for other, less brutal solutions.

I believe the Del-alum comes in 2 sizes for the early Mustangs, did you receive a mixed set?
If not, then it seems one of your Global West spring eyes is not in tolerance.
If your stuff is new, than you might be able to work out an exchange.
If warranty is not possible, personally, I think I would make a replacement outer bushing to the OD you need for the spring. Any machine shop should be able to easily copy it, if you don’t have a lathe. Only difference will be that it won’t be blue, unless you paint it or send it off to be anodized.
My Del-a-lum set, on the rear frame shackle outer bushing, I had to turn the outer OD down to fit the aftermarket Dynacorn rear frame bushing bore. Just par for the course when mixed parts are combined.

That's disconcerting. I have GW springs and Del-a-lum bushings sitting on the shelf. I don't have any solutions not already mentioned. Let us know what you figure out.

I don’t think I would rig it. Those bushings are supposed to be a pressed fit for a reason.
You want the rotating pieces to bear against the Delrin.
If the steel spring is sliding or rotating against the aluminum, guess which one will win?

Drill a small hole in the eye of the spring and bushing and insert a spring pin or simliar into it?
