... at least the top round part that holds the rubber bushing. I'm detailing my engine compartment and was going to repaint the ends of my "Gas-Matics". But what should the wire wheel reveal?: Chrome (or at least 'nickel') plating. I assume the mount piece was welded on before the shaft was put through the chroming process. It actually polished up quite nicely.
