My 70 sportsroof was a dark green metallic exterior (a GM color used with 1999 Cadillac and Suburban) with the 1968 dark parchment interior, light ginger carpet. The seats had comfort weave ivy gold inserts. Went very well with the walnut grain inserts and dash. Send me your email address and I'll reply with photos, if interested.

 

Burgandy or maroon looks great with a saddle or tan interior. I have seen white and yellow with saddle also. My 67 fastback was burnt amber with saddle. It was ok, but not really my favorite.

 

My personal faviort with saddle is a nice hunter green

 

Saddle looks very good with darker blues and darker greens. I went with saddle and medium blue tones in my fastback.

I think red paint looks nice with Saddle or even green. Heck, even black cars now a days have tan interiors and look nice.
