Is that something you can see if you have Motortrend on Demand? Not available here in Sweden, but I think they post it on YouTube at some point?

 

It will eventually be on Motor Trend on demand, but Motor Trend+ gets them first. I have Motor Trend+

 

I love Steve Brule. That guy is exactly the same in RL as he is on the show.

Those long stroke motors are good candidates for dry sump 😉

 

I tried to record it but we had a storm here. Satellite didn’t get reception. I did just watch the one where they compared intakes on a 302 based 363 stroker. Was gonna post which intake won but maybe I shouldn’t ruin it either. I’m sure they’ll replay the exhaust cut out episode.

So...the real question is if Steve Brule was the inspiration for Duvall's character in GI60S.

Doesn’t work very well for me. Live in The sticks and the wi-fi is too slow. Buffers constantly if it works at all.

 

Love this show for its technical analysis. If you listen to what is said, you can gain allot.

 

I wish the show was on tv twenty years ago. Car tv has always come across to me as fancy infomercials. "Let's install this new fangled part that my sponsor wants me to hawk and then I'll get squirrely with the technical details so you think you HAVE to have it."

 

That episode on exhaust cutouts really got me thinking they may be worth it for more than just sound.
