Steering column wiring info needed: '67 Mustang

Hi, I'm in the process of installing a '67 Mustang column into a '67 Fairlane (to get rid of the column shift nub). Trouble is, the plugs don't match, and the wire colors are not exactly the same. I have a Fairlane wiring schematic, the Fairlane steering column plugs (there are 2 vs. one on the Mustang), and a new '67 Mustang wiring harness, but I don't know what "services" each of the Mustang column wires connect to. So, can anyone tell me what each of the following wires connect to in the Mustang column (i.e., Horn, Left Signal, Right Signal, etc.)?

Yes, I could buy a $15 Mustang schematic that I'll never use again, but thought I'd try this first.

Not sure if this will help. I have not studied the schematics yet, but will eventually.

Thanks, it's possible this might help, I'll study it. I can see that for some reason there is no plain red wire listed, and that is one of the 10 wires in the harness. Curious.

Why not just swap the collars?

Fairlane column was no good, bearings shot, etc.

PERFECT!! Thanks very much, that is exactly what I needed. I was concerned about the Red wire, since I didn't see it on any diagrams, but this explains that it is not used.
