Hot Rod july 1960 has some info you are looking for they super the 144 falcon ...
May 60 has touch base on superbtri carb and tri carb spread in march 60... But for help lol...
Sn-60 sn-89 sn-93 seem like same housing for paxton ..1960 was the release of the sn-60. Find them in a 289 cobra supercharged kit ..the pump out 6ish psi $$$ 2500 and up and the carb hat is something that needs mods to work...
For carbs? 1904 jet to .055 from stock .052 is step in right direction.. That i read. Not enough cfm . But stubroug 97 carb is the ticket. But it is 2v so mod or adaptor from 1v to 2v needs to be done. And with paxton kit from 60 came with carb hat ,carb 97with plate and sn60 for 299.95 .. They stuffer from no blow off valve ..ran no intercooler . not enough psi to have to.

Still working on fueling .... Pump ..
Trying for tri carb paxton set up
Paxton period correct

South America check out guy makes plate for 1.9L blower for 03 04 cobra s and running that.

Why do you what to do it. V8 before your in to deep and cant turn bad..

understand that you are going to have to engineer any system you put on your six as no one that i know of makes a kit fo any kind. i have seen single turbos, twin turbos, roots type blowers and centrifugal type blowers installed. something like a paxton or vortech blower should be fairly easy to engineer a mounting system on the drivers side since there is generally plenty of room there for the blower.

we had a guy on fordsix working on mounting a small roots type blower from like a thunderbird super coupe. he was working on mounting it on the drivers side down low and towards the middle of the engine, and was going to extend the drive snout as needed.

the hardest part is going to be the mount for the blower. you are going to use a lot of card board before you are finally done building the mount.

for teh blower i would recommend using the penco roots type blower as it is fairly small over all so it packages well. consider using a serpentine style belt in the gimler design(it has teeth built into the belt to help prevent slippage), and i would consider using EFI as well as some sort of distributorless ignition system. check the forums at fordsix as there is a thread that has the DIS system build, i think the read only forum.

hope that helps. let me know if you need more help.

I reply to old posts once in a while. These questions and answers are also a data base, people often search here for information. If there's new information available, or erroneous information to be corrected, why not enter it for future reference?

Do D.BoB and rbohm realize that they are replying to a 14 year old question?
Looks like that was his first post on the board.

Cool. I doubt they have it, but Paradise Wheels in California is the source for Paxton Supercharger parts. Check with them.
But, I'd think itwould be easier to do a turbocharger set-up.
Either way, some fabrication will be required.
