I strongly suggest buy a Ford Motorsports clutch for your car. I have used several of these and they work great. My 12sec 5.0 has never had a problem with it and neither have the others I installed. They are reasonably rpiced and best of all . . you can count on the quality.

I am not the big expert on clutches, but here is a page from Modern drivelines own site which gives some further information and explanations and recommendations.
Modern Driveline - Clutch & Flywheels

The "super" part of the Super King Cobra refers to the metal backing for the organic plate.

The King Cobra (and Super King Cobra) are both organic clutches. Nice and soft in feel, but will not handle heavy use or high horsepower, or both.

You should have no problem with the organic clutch on a street car with moderate driving usage. Clutch wear and life is entirely related to how YOU drive the car and use the clutch. If you know you drive hard and dump the clutch, then get something better than both those clutches, at least a Kevlar/Organic.

Organic clutches are reputed to have separation problems with heavy use, drag use and track use. Modern Driveline allude to that in their description, and offer the "Super" King Cobra as a "fix" to the separation problems. I don't know how common that problem is with the King Cobra, maybe someone will have an opinion.

Combining Metal, and Kevlar prolongs the life, but are reputed to increase harshness and lack of feel.

I have one high hp street car and have the Mcleod dual clutch installed, for hard use and durability. I find the clutch feel is excellent. I have not used or fitted a King Cobra to any of my Mustangs. I find the stock Ford organic clutch is fine. I also like to know the clutch is the weakest link in case something has to "give" in spirited driving. Cheapest thing to replace.

Superior supplies the MD clutches, and have some of the best reliability in the business. I just went with a Kev/Kev from them for an autox and weekend car behind a 425hp 347 with an Astro A5 trans. I plan to give a review when everything is in around the end of the year.
