As I am continuing to troubleshoot my 73 Mach hot start problems, I have found some issues and a melted fusible link wire on positive side of the solenoid. Last night a little smoke came from the steering column--perhaps the turn signal switch? I believe it caused a short b/c now when I brake, my front parking lights illuminate along with my taillights. I just replaced the positive battery cable. In the pic, coming from the voltage regulator plug, I have found 3 cut and taped wires: a white wire, a green and a yellow w/ an empty plug. Anybody know what these are?
