I've been thinking about putting on the rear window louver on my 69 Mach... I thought I always wanted to put them on until I've been driving around and like the rear visibility without. So I thought I would ask everyone what they thought?
Does it look better with or without louvers?...
Does it make it harder to drive with them on....? I personally care more about looks to function....what's your opinion?

Louver it - adds a sporty touch and helps preserve and protect your interior from mean UV rays.

They definitely keep the interior of your car cooler in the summer, but the reduction in visibility is a very big drawback. I'd say no.

They look great, put it on. N, what's behind you, doesn't matter. Or if you need to look out the rear window to back up, then find a friend to drive for you.

I didn't notice much of a reduciton in visibility since they're essentially parallel to the ground (not that there's an excessive amount to begin with). I'd suggest sitting in someone's car and/or taking it for a quick spin to see what you like. Everyone's got opinions, but you're the one who has to drive it and enjoy it. I must be the oddity. I like the clean look without the junk attached. You can always add some really dark tint to cut down on the sun.

I'm leaning to put the louvers on. Been looking at pic's and have to say I really dig the look!
Who has the best repo's ,that are correct, out there? Price?

It's one of the few cars that God intended louvers be put upon. No problems with visibility as some say. Be cautious installing them... measure thrice, drill once.

louver it, i put some on my 280z they look awesome and it doesn't effect the visibility at all.
