Having never seen repops for the trunk floors I am wondering. I got a new left and right trunk floor and the trunk drop offs weren't 90 degrees with the floor itself. Is this normal in repops for trunk floors?

And, anyone close to Hickory up for helping a non-welder install the taillight panel and trunk floors. There's beer and chicken in it fer you.

My 2 cents worth

The inner walls are NOT vertical. They slope to the gas tank flange.
The outer ones ARE 90 degrees and go down to the quarter panel flange.

The heavy metal ones are too short on the bottom edge for the quarters.

Install the gas tank as a jig. It will keep things square.

You will most likely have to PULL the frame rails downward into position.

Get a LENCO spot welder like this, off Ebay, to put them in if you are a crappy welder.

Here's how mine came out.
