Not sure why you need the old fashion underlayment with the high tech foil sound/heat barrier. It would also help if you cut out the shifter hole. Lastly isn’t the front underlayment installed backwards. It should by up in the foot wells, not on the seat riser
 
I am by no means a floor insulation expert but I'm going to say that someone's installed that front piece backwards.

I think the seat risers go uncovered and that insulation that's currently covering them goes up the toe board instead. Of course that means the shifter hole's probably in the wrong place but that's the way it looks.

When I redid my floors the new insulation (and the old stuff that was there) was in 3 pieces for the front. It looks weird all as one piece.

There's also the issue of those wires hanging out of the dash but I'm guessing those are another project.
 
Thank you all. That is exactly what I was looking for. You don’t think I need the under payment with the sound deadening in there?
You might want to trim the padding around trim areas and screw holes in particular. I have seen issues occasionally where using both caused the trim to bulge out and difficulty getting screws to grab.
