Ya think I found the problem?? (first pic) This is what happens when you buy cr@p parts from cr@p builders. The good news, the tracloc should be savable, but the 3:25's are toast. I ended up installing a 3:55 truetrac, quiet as can be and feels surprising similar to the tracloc. By feel, (other than the racket/noise) the tracloc wanted to keep power to both wheels a little longer, but very happy with the truetrac and gear selection! This was my first shot at building a center from scratch, and i was surprised how .002 can effect a setting, learned allot, and had fun doing it. Thinking about rebuilding the tracloc with new gears and selling it to help cover the costs.
