I am told there is a bracket that swaps the alternator and A/C compressor. My classic inline headers block the A/C compressor bracket.. Need to know where to get one and who makes it..

I would check with a company such as Classic Auto Air or Vintage Air?
they make a Sanden compressor conversion that I would think takes a
different compressor mounting bracket.

The other option is to watch out for a old aftermarket add on air compressor
bracket like the Sears, Montgomery Ward units, have seen some of them
that mount the compressor on the drivers side instead.

Also check with Borgson. They make a bracket for the Saginaw style compressor and power steering that SHOULD clear your headers. Vintage air also makes a bracket set up available at Summit Racing for 148 (choose the 200ci engine then search for bracket, it’s the third or fourth result) that would look very nice in anodized blue in the front of an engine.

The one at Summit looks like it moves the compressor higher on the engine block, so it might clear your headers.
