The Mustang is Acapulco blue, the Cobra is Guardsman blue, both Ford colors.

My son's 67. Paint is 2006 or 7 Mustang blue, with Wimbledon white .

 

My vote: Nightmist blue.

Another vote for Viper Blue. Nightmist is another good option.

 

Nightmist Blue is a nice dark blue. Any darker and you are getting too dark

Dang...that IS a beautiful color!!

 

Acapulco Blue looks great on these cars. My '67 is this color (not my car, but what it looked like when new):

My '66 was painted Deep Impact Blue (not yet assembled):

 

Well I made a last minute color change but happy with the results.
I didn’t want to hassle with the metal flake and pearl mica so had our local paint shop mix up dodge viper GTS blue without the metallic and pearl. I’m an average painter and didn’t want to risk tiger striping or modeling.
I wanted something a bit darker than the viper blue and expected the color would be darker without metallics it in but it actually came out way lighter.
we tinted it black and after a few attempts got what I think is a cool blue solid color. In the sun is really nice.
I’ll post the color formula when I get a chance in case someone stumbles on this thread one day.
