Haven’t heard alot about blueprint’s 190cc heads but I have heard alot of good things about the 170cc twisted wedge track heat heads. Has anyone had experience on blueprint heads or could tell me which would be better? I’m running a 289 and putting in a comp cams xe284h cam kit so definitely need better heads.

That Comp xe284 is a pretty good cam, I used it in a 331 that produced 372 RWHP

All the offshore heads are Dart Pro 1 copies and flow about the same. They aren't a bad deal necessarily but they come with varying degrees of valvetrain quality depending on who is slinging them, whether it be Blueprint, Skip White, ProMaxx, or even AFR. The AFR Enforcers are probably the highest quality of the offshore heads. I'm a TrickFlow fan, and, while you can still get a decent entry level offshore performance aluminum head, "you get what you pay for" still does apply if you spend more.

Several years back Hot Rod tested 6 aluminum heads. The TF heads were #1 and they were one of the cheaper heads. #2 I believe were AFR's and they were quite a bit more then the TF. #3 were 180 cfm E Street heads. They were a little cheaper then the TF. While they did come in #3, they were very, very close to the AFR heads. HR felt if the E Street heads had a good valve job, they might have been a different story and done better. At least they're made in the USA.
