Hi,

Searched the Forum but found no Thread with information I am seeking.

Where can I find the part number for the 1965 Instrument Panel Turn Signal "LIGHT SOCKET"

Where are they available to purchase ?

Also, where can I find the part number and source for the male wire connectors that plug into the connector blocks. I would call them a bayonet conector.

Thanks for any input !!

The 1965 Falcon style instrument panel has only one turn signal indicator light and it is used for both left and right turns. The socket that snaps into the panel is plastic and is insulated from the panel. There are 2 wires going into the socket. For a left turn one of the wires is hot and the other wire is ground. For a right turn the wires switch functions.
I have a used socket. Send me a PM if you need it.

Mine doesn't light up on the right blinker but left it works. Took it out and the white and blue wire does flash with the test light but I guess the green wire/white does not turn into ground. Got to figure where the issue is.
If you're using an LED for that indicator it will only flash with one of the two turn "directions". This is because the LED conducts and lights with only voltage polarity. You need to either have an incandescent bulb or a special LED assembly for that indicator.

Agree, Randy @Midlife Harness may have one... Is yours missing/lost? They're unique from the lighting sockets as they don't ground to the cluster and have 2 wires versus 1 wire.

They're .195 "bullet" connectors. NAPA or most other parts places should have them.
