Yes to someone that needs them. Not too many GT out there so you dont see them too often. As far as value, I am not sure. I bought a set with a good set of tires for $400. Caps and trim rings were in pretty good shape. But rims were painted red by some dummy lol. They actually look good on cars but I dont know if I would put them on a non GT car. Someone might think you are trying to fake a GT and bother you because they have nothing better to do. I'm sure at least 300-400 dollars if in good shape but not sure how much.

 

I sold mine for $350 with trim rings, no tires, and no dog dish hubcaps. They had a little rust rot, would balance, had recently been powder coated, and the rings were kinda rough. Check on ebay for examples. They show up every now and then.

 

I had a set. They looked REALLY good on my '70 Econoline Cargo Van.

 

YES, They are worth selling. Try to list on e-bay or craigs list, or here in the Parts section. I would start at $250.00 for the set, and see what happens. I myself could use the [2] trim rings if nice condition, I see the GT center caps on e-bay all the time for $15.-and up. depends on the condition on them, rims go for $25- up, each,plus about $25, on the shipping. trim rings, $20. and up. depends on the condition. alot of time and work on your end to sell. Just depends on how bad you want to sell. Most times people just need parts and not the whole set, but I have seen sets listed also.

I have my 14" chrome ones listed @ $400, probably will never get it though. I listed them in a couple different places.

Sold a complete set, not chrome, with nice paint, beauty rings and the plain center caps a couple years ago--$300.00. Yours look nice from the pics.

 

I believe the chrome ones were off 1969 Mach 1's. The center cap would be blank. 1968-69 Mustang and Torino GT's would have the painted versions with the GT center cap.

 

They're on a local classifieds for $250. Wondering if they were worth that or possibly more. When I bought my '67 it had these wheels on it, but the non-GT center caps, and the old lady wanted to keep them, so I wasn't able to get them. These would look great on my dad's '67 though...

 

I have a set posted in the Pacific Northwest section that have just been stripped and repainted, with the GT caps but no trim rings, for $200. Shipping is the killer on selling them very far from home.

Yup, the arget rims are useful for 68 Stang and Torino. Chrome not so much...main advantage with chrome is more pitting!

If the trim rings are in nice shape, they're worth the money. AFAIK, they're not reproduced.

 

I had a set with almost new tires, Plain caps, but the chrome had been painted red. Too much work to strip. Sold them for $325, probably less than the original person paid for the tires alone. This was 7 months ago, at Pate Swap Meet, after 3 days for sale.
