Found it.

Torque spec's are always in the back of each section. I prefer the paper manuals for most things and out at the car, but I wish I had PDF searchable versions sometimes, just to find stuff quicker when researching.

 

I particularly like (meaning they drive me crazy) manuals that take great care to show a diagram of how you need to torque an assembly's bolts in just such and so of a pattern and then make you dig 137 pages away to see what actual value torque them to. Like sticking in: "...to 18 ft.lbs." would use oh so much extra space and printing ink.

I couldn't find any torque specs for the transmission cross member to frame or the transmission mount nuts.
