My 69 Mach is pretty clean on the underside, but does have some very light scaling. I want to get it cleaned up and coated/painted to make sure it does not go any further then that.

So of those who did not get the bottom of your vehicles media blasted, what did you do, and what do you recomend??? thanks

Using a wire brush in an angle grinder will get all the debris off (be sure to wear goggles). After that one option would be to use some cans of pickup bed liner spray. There are many more exotic finishes but for a driver that gives good appearance and also sound deadening and some panel protection and it's not messy like the cans of spray undercoating some folks use.

By the time I was done cutting all the rusted stuff out there wasn't anything left to clean up!

I like the Master Series paint over POR15. Epoxy primer is another good choice.

yes you can spray it, its one part but u will probably want to thin it with some thinner.

I would recommend epoxy primer over por 15 for the underside unless the underside is covered in surface rust. IMO POR 15 should really only be used over rust, in my experience it seems to stick and "harden" more on rust than over paint or clean bare metal. If you have a few spots on the underside that are rusty shoot por 15 over the rusted areas the shoot the whole underside with an epoxy primer
