Hi folks! In the process of rebuilding and upgrading my engine.
Here are what I have on hand:
- 302 SBF with 0.030 new pistons and ring
- Comp cams High Energy 268H
- Autolite 4100
- 1" Phenolic spacer
- JBA 2.25 full exhaust system
- Weiand stealth dual plane intake manifold
- Edelbrock E-street cyl head will be professionally ported and polished
- CR will be set at around 9.5:1
- ARP bolts all around

Ordering a few parts from Summit to complete the build and extra peace of mind with my el cheapo E-Street...
- K Motion K750 valve springs
- ARP Rocker Stud
- Scorpion Full roller rocker arms with different ratio to give more oomph to my little cam

Now, should I get 1.6 or 1.7 ratio rocker arm for optimum street friendly extra boost to the little cam? I know some will tell me to go cheaper route and buy another cam but I still need to buy rocker arm regardless, so it wouldn't be so cheap anymore...

Thanks for the advices fellas....

If you are buying a set anyway, why not? However, if the 1.6s are a significantly better deal, don't bother, it will make nearly no measurable difference
