Are these arms for C/O or spring perches?

They are for the spring perches, but the tabs could be removed if going with C/O on the LCA.
I also have new set of rollerized spring perches that I had planned to use with these.

OK, sounds like I might be interested in both parts. Let me solidify my plans and I'll get back with you on the direction I'm going with suspension on Vert.
